MoveEasy Slovakia was founded by two people from Ukraine who moved here, built a life here, and learned the system the hard way — one office, one form and one missed appointment at a time.
Where it started
We arrived in Slovakia the same way most newcomers do: with documents in a folder, a short list of contacts, and very little idea of what the next step actually required. Nothing was impossible — but almost everything took longer, cost more and demanded more patience than it should have.
What made it difficult
It was rarely one big obstacle. It was the accumulation of small ones: forms available only in Slovak, offices with narrow opening hours, registrations that depend on other registrations, landlords who need paperwork you cannot get yet, and advice that turns out to be outdated the moment you act on it.
We learned by going through the process ourselves.
Every procedure we handle today is one we have completed in person — not read about in a manual.
Why MoveEasy exists
Once we had settled, people kept asking us the same questions — about residence, registration, banks, doctors, schools and where to begin. We realised the knowledge we had gathered was worth far more when it was organised into a service than when it lived in scattered messages. That is how MoveEasy Slovakia began.

We work as relocation professionals, not as informal helpers. Each client gets a clear plan, a realistic timeline, transparent pricing and one point of contact who stays with them from arrival to settled life. We prepare what can be prepared in advance, accompany you where your presence is required, and translate the process into language that makes sense.
